Neither of them look atht good. Britney has never been anything more than average looking. Scarlett only has big boobs, other than that she's ugly and has an annoying voice. Celebs in general are overrated, I don't think many of them are hot and they spend a lot of money and have people grooming them constantly and I can still see people everyday that are much hotter than celebs.
