dear mods,
i wanna make this thread to tell you guys my opinions about the changes on atrl that already happened and about them who are going to happen.
since summer 2010, i'm a member here at atrl and i enjoy it a lot. besides that i get all the news about my favorite artists here, i found a lot of great people that i talk to many times. but i just don't get something:
why are you changing so much? i was first quite pissed when you started that 'base' thing. why? why can't you just let the discussion stay as they were? besides that it's great to have a place for an album itself to talk, it's also nice to look back and see the meltdowns when a song leaked, or the record came out. nobody is at 'base' just because you can't even see it up there when somebody is posting. i miss these times.
i actually didn't wanted to go into this but i just do it: i see the point that we are not allowed to post download links in the thread...but excuse me: why aren't we allowed to say like 'somebody please send me a link' or 'i have the link, just pm me' anymore - on other forums, that isn't a problem!
i'm sure that more people would post at 'post your pics' thread and find more nice people here if these threads were just available to see for users. and i also think that the problem with that posting about leaks wouldn't be such a big deal if the site was just available to see for users. so why not? other forums manage that this way, and it works.
it just feels like the site is loosing it's magic moments. i miss many people that i liked. they are banned all the time just because they tell their opinion (not in a shady way) and some who are trolling many times, even get banned for 1 time.
mods, i want you to read this and i please want an answer from a mod regarding this letter. users, if you share my opinion or have something to include in this, just write it in that thread, and if it's something i can relate to, i'm gonna add it to this letter,
