Gaga, but I reckon Rih could surpass her. Until recently, Rihanna made little to no effort in terms of choreography, whereas you can tell Gaga slaves her ass off to get the results she does. I reckon Rihanna has a basic natural rhythm that, if worked on, could make her a fantastic dancer.
