I'm 20 and Nas was very popular as I was growing up, enough for me to remember his early work and re-listen as an adult and love as a pre-teen/teenager and anticipate his new work as an adult. Same with Jay-Z, Eve, Missy and other acts I grew up listening to...

Madonna started out in the 80s...some of these kids parents weren't even teens yet.

Nobody is saying that, i sure don't. Madonna is far from being perfect, i know it, ALL her fans know it. You're biased as hell, the same can be say for Gaga, her fans act like she's immune to criticism ALL the time
