Little Monsters are a far more powerful fanbase than any other in terms of numbers, polls, voting and such, and the Navy and Britney stans are probably the next; when focused properly those two are very strong. That's also the problem with the Monsters - you have focus them and point them all toward the same goal to get anything to really happen, but when that happens then no fanbase can stop them. I think these three are the most powerful because they have insane numbers.
