Okay, so my iTunes has been acting up lately, like it will play the song, but not all the way through. I have THE latest version, and I tried switching back to an earlier, but then the library wouldn't work. I'm on the verge of going to WMP. So, please, can someone explain what's going on, and what I should do? It's just beyond annoying.
P.S. I never had any problems with any of my songs before I upgraded my iTunes.

Is there a new upgrade available? Like, very recent?

That's why I don't update easily. I'll wait for some people to have problems with it and decide. Sounds like an asshole thing to do but it helps.

It happened once to me, because of my iPod and iPhone, I had to delete my library and re do it, because iTunes couldn't find any of the songs.

No, it's not asshole. It's really smart. I only upgraded, because my iPod was having problems, like it would say do you want to scan JOSHUA'S IPOD. Luckily, I fixed the problem, but now my iTunes is stupid. It's also ALL the new music I added. Like my Telegram - Bjork, and Selmasongs. None of the old stuff, from the old library.

I mean, my songs are there, but they just decide to stop playing, and go to the next one. Maybe I'll have to do that.

Is it the same songs that it keeps happening to or is it random?

It happens to all the new songs. Like my Pink Friday: RR, I had in my old library, and those play fine, but the newest ones I put in my library like my Hilary, yeah, they're ****ing up.

Did you buy them off iTunes it self or ripped them using a cd? If you ripped the cd just re-rip them again. If you got them from iTunes delete them then go to your purchase history list and re-download them

So, that's out of the question.

The only think I could think of is to check your options on the song and see if the start/end times got changed... I'm not sure why an update would have caused them to change though but you never know.

I don't feel like doing that.
I have 23GBs of music.
I'm just gonna try to deal with it,
and wait for the next update.

Have you tried playing some of the songs using other music players?
