Even though this is probably totally false, it wouldn't be a stretch since it is Kris Jenner we're dealing with.
That being said, Bey is notoriously private about her personal life and I highly doubt she would allow cameras to film her and Jay on a date. That's their private time and Bey always talks about how she enjoys it so I'm say no.
