Don't almost all songs say the title in the chorus though?

If you ever listen to Heavy Metal/hardcore rock you'd see they rarely state the title in the chorus. Or something more familiar would be like, "Countdown" by Beyonce, I love that song and she never once says countdown

Well, usually songs are named for a common refrain in the lyrics. It's not like the songwriters come up with a title and then just try to think of a way to shoehorn it in.
