I'm not sure how to feel about this. A child that young shouldn't be put in handcuffs, but at the same time we don't know how big this child is. If she's really big and strong for her age maybe that was the only option to detain her and stop her from harming anyone else or herself.

Anyway, the south is so backwards when it comes to disciplining children, so nobody should be surprised. They still beat the **** out of children with paddles in public schools down there.

They put her in a cell though?
