That;s not true. The passengers were NEVER warned about the luggage. Blackhawk airlines used that excuse to cover up the OTHER issues the plane had (the plane that was booked was basically a crop duster with a ****** engine, not to mention the pilot wasn't even certified to fly and he was high off of cocaine anyway). Aaliyah was terrfied of planes, do you actually think ANYONE would risk their life over some luis vuitton bag? no way. This is exactly why Aaliyah's family won that lawsuit... It just never should have happened.
