Lies is obviously shorter. They changed the second "Why don't we just pretend?" and took 15 seconds off from the bridge/third verse.

What do you hear different about Homewrecker?

I don't hear anything different on homewrecker... But I've been skipping over it for the most part. I love the lyrics and the idea of the homewrecker, but the song itself is a weak point on the album imo.

Also I don't like hypocrates between VOTD and Fear and loathing. the latter two are so emotional and amazing, and Hypocrates is just kind of bubbly and fun.

Well... I kinda hear minor differences in Homewrecker, I dunno if it's the mastering or something, but it sounds different to me.

Yeah, I'm just gonna use the Lies and The State of Dreaming from before even though it's gonna be different sound quality than the rest of the album.

Why? I mean, I understand Lies (even though I barely even noticed the 15 second cut so it mustve not been anything that important) but why use the old tSoD? I didnt think anything changed in that one.

Yeah they did, listen to the beginning of the album version and the the sampler version of TSoD

I now started another story inspired by this album era. Each main character is based off of the archetypes Marina uses (Housewife/Su-Barbie-A, Homewrecker, Teen Idle, and the Primadonna).

I think my favorite lyric on Electra Heart is I want to be completely weightless, I want to touch the edge of greatness

I'm not even sure why really, just everything about it feels so godly and unearthly about that one part. It lifts me somewhere else.

I completely agree. That part can only be described as "epic".
