She looks so retarded at the end.

The video starts out good, but I think it just falls apart at the end, starting at the scene where she's cutting her hair. The blue eyeshadow just killed it, and the tiara buried it.

A Public Affair was better.

This video has a visual style thats sophisticated..Jessica is prone to overdoing her ballad vidoes but in this case she pulled it off well..I dunno why you guys are saying she looks retarded in the end..Thats kinda like what the video's message is all about..She's singing about something really deep and perhaps hurtful and her face is betraying her..Thats why she's moving her face in those awkward positions..She's confused about being strong and vulnerable at the same time..Jessica cleverly depicted this conflict in the video..Good video
