I really hope she gets the critcal acclaim she deserves, It seems like many people on this forum dislike her because she's talented.. & I can't wait till she gets good on MetaCritic, Sells well & sweeps the award shows.

Think Blown Away can get the country nomination for Album of the Year?

I hope so. A nomination would be nice

I only like about 5 songs from that album enough to bother listening to them.


They don't always nominate a country album... It'll depend how the album holds up over the next few months, as well as what competition it has from other fields. I wouldn't count Four The Record out of the running yet, either.

Amazon is SO fail. Only now they have the clips up.

This is no shade at all but...

Four the Record is flawless, very country, strong ballads, uplifting up/mid-tempos, lyrically genious & the production is amazing. However I don't find it showed much growth from Revolution and is a very Miranda album and all though flawless start to finish, won't be memorable as her previous albums.

Blown Away is another flawless record. I find though Blown Away shows much more of a growth in Carrie and has so many experimental tracks that you have to give her recognition for what a complete difference this album is prior to her previous work.

Both albums are flawless, just my two cents.

Just saw that BA is not in the top 10 albums on iTunes because of The Voice. After yesterday, both Blake and Maroon 5 have an album inside the top 3. They need to find their effing way OUT.
