I want the new album from Jojo to leaked

If you have already bought Too Little Too Late (the single), and then you preorder the album, will you have to pay the 99 cents for the single all over again, or will you just not get deducted for already having a copy of the single?

Or should I forget this and wait until October 17th to get the actual album?
