Fact is, she's a popstar. When the UK's biggest urban radio station is calling you a popstar, you're a popstar. End of.

And I mean, seriously... Off an entire album of "hip-hop" tracks, they ****ing played Starships and Turn Me On during her interview, and then she has the nerve to question whether she's a popstar or not.

Nicki is not a popstar, WHAT POPSTAR RAPS AND DOES HIPHOP!? Jesus.

Lil Wayne did a rock album, is he a rock star? **** No. These mainstream radios who plays pop songs are going to play pop, but the urban plays her hiphop. so no.

That's called urban music.

Except in the UK, where our urban stations tend to only play her pop songs (and Moment 4 Life got good airplay too), with the exception of Westwood's show on 1Xtra. He plays her hip-hop tracks, but the actual station itself has a radically different playlist.

Even our hip-hop television channels playlist her pop songs over anything hip-hop. ****, Turn Me On was playing just 30 minutes ago on MTV Base, whilst Beez in the Trap isn't getting any airplay.

Division, I'll believe that she's a popstar if her next album is a total pop mess. But for now, she's a rapper with some diversity. Get over it, and stop trying to convince us she's pop.

This tbh. Why is everyone so obsessed with labels. To quote Nicki, music is music.

I'm worried about Nicki's urban base. I loved the pop side to PF:RR, but I think on the next album, it should have the same flow as Pink Friday instead of the second one. I also think that Beez In The Trap being released earlier as a simultaneous lead single with Starships for the album would have done wonders.

Well shes at home..in LA, so when she gets bored...maybe.....

I met Nicki at the London signing the other week, she was adorable.

She grabbed my hand and looked me in the eyes for about 30 seconds and said "I love you more", and I was shaking like a bitch. It was so cute. She was so nice, and she looked lovely too.
