You act like Gaga says she likes the gays and then turns around and walks away. Where have you been over the past four years? Gaga's LGBT/equality support has been there since the very beginning of her career. Before she blew up, she spoke in Washington about gay rights, and now that we're in the middle of a gay civil rights movement, she obviously wants to use her voice to help. I would understand you if Gaga didn't do anything for the causes she says she cares about, but she does. She started the BTW Foundation and pledged over a million dollars of her own money into and it and she has been donating money to pro-LGBT organizations from the beginning. She even called off a multi-million dollar deal with Target because they went back on their word and continued to fund anti-gay organizations. This isn't a woman who wears a shirt that says "Equalize gay marriage". This isn't a woman who tweets a link about bullying. This is a woman who has put hours and hours and millions of dollars where her mouth is. This is a woman who not only walks the walks, but talks the talk. You can't say that about any of her contemporaries. How in the world are you going to condemn someone who would rather help people than go #1?
And the fact that people actually agree with you is insulting to the gay community. You guys have this mindset that popstars and celebrities are never sincere and that there is always an evil reason behind what people do.
