Yesterday I was watching a video that literally was not funny at all

I know Primadonna is a stuck up, egotistic woman in the spotlight, Teen Idle is an emotionally wreck teenager who's trying to be popular and Homewrecker is someone who runs around sleeping with men but what does Su-Barbie-A represent? If it's someone who's a barbie, what does the 'su' and 'a' mean? :s
