I'm using the official standard edition cover for my copy of the album, though I'll be buying the deluxe.

For the promotional CD that Starring Role, TSoD and Lies came from (along with Primadonna and Homewrecker on it), I'm using this, under the title "Electra Heart - EP"

I'm gonna put The Archetypes onto my digital version of Electra Heart (or, like I do a lot with albums, have two versions: One that's the regular deluxe version, and another that I'm about to describe) as an interlude to come just before The State of Dreaming. Whatever Su-Barbie-A sounds like/is part of I'll put it in front of.
