Sam's Club Credit - $500 credit line, 2 years
Wells Fargo Student Visa - $700 credit line, 3 years
Chase MasterCard - $700 credit line, 1.5 year
Denali Alaska Visa - $1,500 credit line, 5 months
they keep offering me higher credit line... ahhh its so tempting but i say no. lol but yeah im trying to get rid of Sam's & Chase. I need to keep my oldest credit and biggest credit line. it's good for your credit. It'll show that ive had long history and banks trust me with big amounts.
if youre talking about your regular bank debit card with a visa/master logo on the bottom right corner. that's not a credit card. a lot of people think it is but it's not. i know you can use it as debit or credit, but when u say credit it just means that the charge wont be effective right away. it will be 2-3 days to process. and this definitely does not reflect your credit score.

Ah...that's true. : ) ...Even though mine is processed as a credit card, and deducts money from my checking account, with little/no effect on my credit reports/score/etc. I just like using that card because I hate writing a check, while standing in a "one-ladies'-restroom-long" line. (Which is very so during 1 PM on a Saturday @ Wal-Mart !!!X_X!!!)
I have one, but never activated it since I haven't found a need for it, except for maybe subscribing to Last.FM. Technically, the card is a debit card since it draws money out of my bank account to pay for things.

well... as long as i enjoy what i spend on. i dont care. if it makes me happy then so be it. if a dinner is over a hundred dollars, so whatever! it better be good cause im not afraid to complain. ofcourse i do it after, so they dont spit on my food. and plus when cash is no more to be found... i have the plastics. thats why i dont care.
oh and i dont know if u guys have heard about this but there's this thing called Permanent Fund Dividend here in Alaska. they give it annually to all the AK residents. this year, we are getting $1,100.... yes for free... no charge...nada.... its all yours! Thank god for the oil-galore were having in this boring state. so yeah... thats why im blowing it. i mean if youre not rich, why not try to live it once in awhile. it's really not healthy to deprive yourself from nice things.
I have one I just got in the mail 2 weeks ago. It's a store credit card, and I'm hoping to build my credit and be eligible for a Visa/Mastercard in 6 months!
