Personally, it's Christina and Janet for me.

I was going to get all pissed off and mad because most did not say Janet! LOL

But, then I thought about it....Janet's second record was Rhythm Nation 1814 and it was the greatest success above Justin, Beyonce and Christina. Then her tour for RN was the most successful debut tour in the history of music. So, nevermind. Good luck to Justin and the rest!

see, now i happen to think that beyonce has had a bigger year than christina. nobody really talks about her. this new era of hers seems to be fading....i just cant see anymore songs from that album being hits. with beyonce's movie success on top of the album (dreamgirls)....im gonna say she is gonna take 2nd place behind JT.

I always thought that Justin would be the most successful right away and Christina would be after him. As far as the long run it depends on how much Christina sells. Justin is only releasing 4 singles so she might have a chance to sell more than him if she stretches this era out. I would say Beyonce right behind but I'm not sure about DreamGirls. I think that Jennifer Hudson might steal some of her thunder. I'm checking for her more than anyone else. I'm anxious to see what she can do and to hear her sing that Jennifer Holliday song. B is going through her singles too fast. But she still will do better than Janet obviously. I wish Janet the best but it's hard w/o MTV. But then again she is going on Oprah and Oprah can def. sell your records.

It's hard to predict. Last year, we knew it would be Kelly year, but this year I think it's gonna be Justin.

Obviously, I'm going to have to say that Justin T. will have the best year because his album debuted so high, but that doesn't mean that he'll drop fast, but Christina and Beyonce aren't doing so good and Janet who knows.

Justin owns this year and this give him validation as a solo singer. His voice has gotten weaker, him copyin Prince & co. and his album not being up to Justified pisses me off that he'll have the most success. Beyonce comes second cuz her first week sales is the best of any female this year, plus Dreamgirls will cement her status. Christina has the best album and the most artistic album, the risk she took will hinder her from being hugely successful. Hurt will only be a hit on AC. Better luck next year. Janet is just a flop waitin to happen. Only her silly diehard fans care about her at this point.
