As we know, last year Beyonce received the brand new "Millennium" award. Assuming that the award will be given more than once (for whoever has a new album to promote next), who will receive a "special" award at the Billboard Awards.

-Her untimely death could position her for something (Even though it should of been done before)
-Janet Jackson
She has the most Billboard Awards out of ANY artist in history (33 Awards)
-Madonna
-She has MDNA out
-One of the biggest women in music
-Legend/Icon, Respected by many, very influential
-Adele
She will win almost every award that night 
So why not give her a special award also.
