I mean, I know I saw LMFAO and Bieber all over the nominations... Maybe Carrie and The Wanted are in the categories that haven't been revealed yet?
Carrie doesn't have any nominations, But Billboard has a school girl crush on her so she can be promoting a song of her farting and they'd allow her to perform.

Carrie's last album sold more then the last albums of some of the artists you mentioned, though So how excactly is she a flop?
