Sounds good, I am so getting this next week,

Come Back to Me - It's a good step away from High School Musical, but it's too generic of a song. I hear so many other melodies inside of it. 6/10

Say OK - This would have been a better single choice than CBTM. The lyrics could use some work though. 8/10

Never Underestimate a Girl - Obviously a Disney produced track. Sounds like something the Cheetah Girls rejected. 1/10

Drive - It uses the car metaphor like Gwen Stephani's "Crash," but in a much more Disney-friendly way. Definently a good soundtrack song. 6/10

Afraid - Sounds like something Ashlee Simpson would have come out with. 3/10

Promise - One of the few single-worthy tracks. The beat reminds me of the Grey's Anatomy theme for some reason. 9/10

Whatever Will Be - Female version of I Can't Hate You Anymore 7/10

Lose Your Love - The album cover isn't the only thing that Vanessa is copying Cassie on... This sounds JUST like Me & U. 5/10

It's good that she at least came out with a few songs that were definently not something you'd hear from High School Musical. It's really a mediocre album at best, but that's really Disney's fault.

Lmao at your review. Her voice is great and this will be another album of the year. Are you really just paying attention to the beats and lyrics. Her voice is sooooo good, I give it a 9/10 at the least so far. People of course hate on her because she came from Disney. This album sounds very good. I just love her voice.

I like "Never Underestimate A Girl".

Honestly, I expected you to rate this album lower than that.

I wonder how the other songs stack up to Come Back To Me?

I was as honest as possible with the 30 seconds or so I heard from each song. No bias towards Disney, HSM, or Vanessa.
