I understand Nicole now and how she got so thin. She was on a talk show. I don't judge her.

Nicole's Mysterious Visit To The Doctor

It seems like ages since we've seen Nicole Richie without Brody Jenner by her side, but if there's anywhere she might want to go by herself, it'd probably be the doctor's office!

But what we can't figure out is why she'd be going to the doctor in the first place - she told Tyra she's NOT suffering from an eating disorder, so why all the frequent trips to doc? Persistent yeast infection? A nasty hacking cough (though we haven't seen her coughing)? Ingrown toenail?

She talked about how for some people when handling stress they tend to overeat. Well for her it's the opposite. She's been under a lot of pressure and its her way of dealing with the stress.
