Most transsexuals don't very look feminine unless they take hormones before puberty or at least very early, which she did so there is no possibility for her ever to look like a man because she didn't go through male puberty. As for looking masculine again if she stops taking hormones, she's post-op so her testicles are gone and she can't produce testosterone anymore so if she stops I doubt she'll ever masculine again, but yes, the estrogen pills will keep her skin and everything else feminine.

Some are pre-op (before they have the genitals removed or have a penis made) and there are some that are already operated like her which have the opposite genders genitals. So technically there is no ***** because "she" has a vagina now
