I see Rihanna, Beyonce or Pink taking this one. Gaga would pull a Foxface, but Foxfaces never win tbh, and if it comes to one on one combat, she'd lose for sure. She's too small to put up a good fight. Kelly wouldn't stand a chance, hahahaha. She'd be like Rue, unwilling to be a killer but playing to her strengths and gaining everyone's sympathy. She'd be close to Katy but wouldn't make an alliance with her, because Katy has that I'll-accidentally-fall-off-a-cliff vibe about her. She could make an alliance with Pink or Beyonce (Beyonce would be like Katniss, who took a liking to Rue, because from all the pop girls, I see her as the one who keeps the most humanity, even though she needs to win to get back to Blue and Jay

Rihanna would get down and dirty to survive. Making alliances with the other members, playing the role so that the viewers feel sympathy for her and sponsor her. She has her eye on the prize and she'd turn on her allies in a second. Her fighting tactic would be brutal, and unlike some of the other players, she won't hesitate to kill in a second. She plays the game not to survive, but to kill, and would go after the others one by one.
Beyonce could win it the honest way. She's in the best shape: toned to fight but obviously not too big, making her agile (the gamemakers' traps might need a sprinter to escape them). She would make alliances and not be so quick to break them, which could be her downfall. Her strength lies in pure talent.
Pink is similar to Beyonce but I think a little less naive, and a little smarter, not that B can't handle herself.
In the end, I see Rihanna killing Kelly, who had made an alliance with Beyonce. This makes Beyonce go nuts with rage, and it's a face off between these two. Either they kill each other and there is no winner, or Beyonce puts up a good, smart fight and barely makes it out with a knife lodged in her back.
