Okay so I don't think I've seen one of these threads in a while, so what do you gurls think? Will previous winners (Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep, Hilary Swank) snag another before some Oscarless ladies (Julianne Moore, Diane Lane, Sigourney Weaver) get theirs? Share you're thoughts. I think Williams has the best chance out of this on the list. She's batting zero for three at the moment and I feel like her next nomination will get the win.

Chastain is coming too though!

EDIT : Moore really needs to win soon though. I don't even care if it's an undeserved "overdue" kind of win, I just want her to have an Oscar.

Tilda deserves an Oscar by now.

Renee Zellweger should win an Oscar for Best Actress. She really deserves it with Chicago and Bridget Jones.

It won't happen but i'll need Anne Hatheway to get one for The Dark Knight Rises

Marisa has one for My Cousin Vinny, but she should have won for The Wrestler too.

Also Helena is winning this year for Great Expectations. Book it.

Er....Charlize already has one (for Monster). And Penelope won for Vicky Christina Barcelona.

Out of that list, probably Michelle or Viola

it doesnt matter if theyve one before...i am well aware that charlize and some of the others have won, but they could win again
