Funny, no? How the others worked their asses off to give us a great video while Adele just put hers in a damn chair. Even the drums and smokes and dancers and dishes did not make the video any better.
I'll never understand how this video got nominated for A LOT of awards. Maybe for the song

And while the song was a massive flop that we shall not discuss btw, the video accompanying it is BOMBASTIC! FANTASTIC! AMAZING! EPIC!
The choreography, setting, theme, mood, just about everything about it is FLAWLESS and FIERCE!
Too bad it did not help the song which isn't really bad to be honest

Just amazing! The concept is brilliant. And major props to those who rebuilt the LEGOs frame by frame. It is a really tough job.
The video won three MTV Video Music Awards in 2002: Breakthrough Video, Best Special Effects, and Best Editing. It also received a nomination for Video of the Year and Pitchfork Media named it the best video of the decade.
I feel like the 2011 videos got nominated just cause of the recent hype... they are nowhere near deserving to be in the top 20.
RTW should be in the top 20, if the song smashes, then video would have been iconic. The song was not successful so it limited the performance of the video.

It's a good video, but not the 17th best of the last 12 years....
