Uh, no. She needs heavy promotion and even then it's not a guarantee. Her sales have always been predicated on how heavy she works and performs each era.

Adele, but even with the number 1 singles, it's not like anyone was really trying hard to get them to number 1. They just, like, got there. That's effortlessness to the max.

It's a bit hard to say when you don't know how the artists who promote heavily would have sold otherwise in lieu of the promotion.

For instance, I don't think it's much of a stretch to say BTW would have outsold FF even if Gaga hadn't had a single live performance this era.
