She's also a celebrity, and one that is dominating the pop spectrum media coverage more than every other popstar, including Rihanna, Madonna and Lady Gaga.

Also, she's become an international superstar through her pop songs. Most people recognise her as a popstar, and equally as a singer, not just rapper.
