Believe. It sounds fresh even today. I can't say the same for BOMT

But Believe was just another popular, successful song of the 90s. BOMT did more in terms of culture and it was the first step in solidifying Britney as a huge performer/popstar. BOMT overall imo. Impact doesn't necessarily correlate with numbers/success.

Believe is way too iconic and flawless to be compared to ANYTHING. Maybe vogue. But thats it.

Believe influenced so much ALL the later pop music.
