I think the Minaj/Gaga issue is more the Laurieann influence than anything. Plus, I remember seeing more than one rapper doing the odd-ware, even - or maybe especially - Missy Elliot would weird her video outs. I don't think Gaga really inspired Minaj to do anything she's currently doing that's why Minaj doesn't really care for the comparisons or acknowledge her in that way.
