They're DIFFERENT things though.
Transvestite is a (slightly derogatory) word for someone who presents as another gender, like a man who wears female/feminine clothing.
A transsexual woman (trans woman) is someone who transitions, often surgically, to become publicly/legally recognized as the gender she knows she is, and/or to rid herself of gender dysphoria.
Transgender is a catch-all term for someone who isn't gender normative. It applies to both.
