GGGB and Exclusive sold the SAME in the US and while Rihanna was just seen as a hitmaker, Chris was already an established BRAND with film roles, endorsements and was able to carve out his own niche that Derulo, and the rest of those 106 wannabe's are trying to fill.
Without re-releasing? What about 'Exclusive: The Forever Edition?' It included several new tracks and 'Forever' was the lead single from the re-release. You’re forgetting ‘Wall To Wall,’ his lead single (!,) and ‘Superhuman’ bombed. Every single released from ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ went top 20 on the Hot 100.
It sold more than all of his albums combined worldwide have and produced more worldwide top 10 hits than all of Chris’ albums have.
Thank you. The ridiculousness was giving me a headache. You don't stan for CB anymore, Duca?

Because while Rihanna made POP songs, Chris was pushing both r&b/pop songs. So obviously she'd sell more. Sit boy
It's even worse he had sold less with both pop and urban support. Rihanna didn't have the latter at the time (she doesn't really have it nowadays either.)
Both would've been ridiculously successful and would've by now probably been an 'it' power-couple in the eyes of the public. The very fact that Rihanna's a woman in pop music gives her the popularity advantage in the vote.
i used to be a bigger Chris stan than Rihanna at that time & it was obvious that once GGGB released, she sailed far ahead. anything that says anything differently than this is wrongT.

But traditionally, R&B sells more albums than pop, and if he had support from both audiences, he would have sold more using your logic.
