That's how it went in the U.K.
The U.S. is the same, except we haven't gotten past No Light, No Light.
The releases are slower in the U.S. because her label services the singles to Alternative/AAA/Adult, where songs take a longer time to get to peak. For Lungs the release was so strange, they didn't release anything until summer 2010, when the album had already been out for a year; it went Cosmic Love, Dog Days Are Over, and then You've Got The Love (which strangely enough was cut short by Shake It Out).
