They always launch rockets into the sea to appear threatening to neighboured countries, Due to new leadership, we will see a lot of randomly launched rockets. If they really want to take over the world, we won't see randomly launched rockets. They know damn well any war they start they will lose, but no one else will enter their country because in reality if a war does start, even if N. Korea lose, they will cause a **** load of damage before they do lose. We will remain in stalemate, unless a leader goes insane, but remember N. Korea is not a dictatorship despite there being one set leader, that leader has to answer to a lot of hierarchy in the N. Korean government. So eh, not worried.
If it were to come to war Russia would not rush to the aid of NK and China would stay in its own bubble. They're both smart enough countries to avoid this kind of conflict no matter what.
