Nah, 2016 is when all the (relatively) sane Republicans will run.
I expect more moderate Republicans will be in the running then, yeah, but Santorum will be back. His decision to drop out was definitely made with 2016 in mind.
He only suspended his campaign. Apparently for his sick 3 year old daughter. He's trying to pull a McCain from 2008 who suspended his campaign for "the economy" to show the public he cares. That basically destroyed any last bit of momentum he had going for him.
