Lmao, okay I have a question. Lately when I put music on my Ipod the art doesn't show up when I play it on my Ipod but when I have it logged on to my Itunes it shows up! I don't get it. Can anybody explain this? I delete the artwork I have and replace it over and over again, and it shows everytime on Itunes, but when I play it off of the computer (on it's own) the artwork won't show. I don't get why it's doing this. None of the artwork isn't showing up except the ones I placed on my Ipod a long time ago. I'm getting pissed.

Okay so I found the problem, somewhat. If I want album art to show up I have to delete my song(s) from my Ipod , then I have to make sure the album art is in the library of my Itunes, and then I put the song back on my Ipod. It's so frickin' gay . So this sucks ass, because I have like over 50 songs I have to delete from my Ipod just to put album art on there. Otherwise I'll say F it and forget it. Maybe.....it's something with my computer. It's not responding right to what I'm saying. I should delete stuff and restart my computer and see if that works, because that will suck if I have to do it that way,

My Ipod is crap. After a full recharge it stays on for 5 seconds or 10 min depending on its mood, so i had to send it into apple and i think if i understood the guy right ill be getting a new one back

That's probably because your Ipod Battery is dead. And Shade 45, I will probably get to the point of not caring, but the album art makes it look so much better. This option worked perfectly fine up until now and I don't get it. Maybe it's dying.

Okay another thing I must say. My ipod doesn't update anymore. I change the order of a playlist and I unplug it and it goes back to the old playlist. I even changed an artist name out of curiousty of seeing if it would work and I unplug it and it goes back to it was before. So in other words it's not updating stuff I change. And this thing pops up saying a file is corrupt? File 7? I don't get it. Maybe my Ipod is ruined. I need help. "Please run the Chkdsk Utility"

lol yeah i know my battery is dead. Neways try right-clicking on the playlist and then i think theres an option to copy play order or something like that. Or run the I-Pod updater or you might need to restore (but that would delete all the songs) if its a really serious problem.

I think I will bring it in to Best Buy, and use my one year warranty. I got it like Christmas time last year so it should be fine. Yeah it's not updating. I put a whole album on there, and yet it doens't show on the Ipod when I unplug it. And please I don't understand the whole corrupt file thing. Everytime I try to upload/update my ipod that corrupt file shows up. I think I should take all the songs off my Ipod just in case then bring it in to Best Buy.

If I were you, don't return it yet. Reinstall the update software and itunes, then see if it works

This Ipod is a 30 GB, that holds up to 7,500. When I plug it in it says it's a little over halfway, so one of those numbers above should say 15 or 17 around right? But that's not the case.

I've got the same problem.

take it into apple and they charge 99bucks (australian) and according to the guy the one ill be getting bak is a brand new replacement. I was gona buy a new ipod video but im glad i found out bout the replacement thing. I think its my fault the battery deteriorated the way it did. Im actually gona listen this time around and charge it only after its completely run down.

WARRIOR_WITHIN im not too sure about the file corrupt thing. But if u are thinking of deleting all the songs, do the restore and then see if it starts working again before using up your warranty.

Did you ever diconnect it from the computer when it says"iPod is Updating, do not disconnect" because i did that once and it ruined my iPod???
