I'll reserve judgement on this incident for now because the tabloids aren't exactly reliable.

HOWEVER... the reason people jump to conclusions with Lindsay is because of well, everything she's done over the past 6+ years. You can only behave like a spoiled, irresponsible little tw*t for so long before people will expect you to.

I have absolutely no respect for the woman. To see people describe her as "flawless" etc makes me want to vomit. She will never be flawless, she is flaw ridden, more-so than any normal individual, yet she is treated like some form of royalty.

Mean Girls is the only thing I fondly recall her for. Everything else made me think, "God, what a mess".
