Because if you remember back to when she began thinking about the follow-up to American Life, she planned on doing a rock-influenced album (like the remixes off of "Remixed & Revisited"), but that changed. She's only in the planning stage, she'll change her mind and do something completely different.

i'm French and i don't particularly fancy the UK but as for music, UK has the best tastes in the whole world. The best groups were always from the UK and it has always been like that since the last 50 years.
UK music is so much better than US music.
