Just a suggestion, if you're on a budget.

HostGator is really cheap, and they are pretty good depending on what you want to do.

If you need help installing a service, like wordpress, forum software, or pretty much anything, PM me and I would be more than happy to help.

I don't own a website, but I want to though! Don't those things cost money though? My mom will never agree to that...she's so overprotective of her money when it comes to internet stuff.

I heard that GoDaddy is one of the best website purchasers. Is this true? Anybody have experience with that site?
