Despite the fact that everyone hates the book, I think only the final film has a (tiny) chance of any Oscar recognition. It will be the film that demands the most of J-Law, Josh AND Liam's acting ability, and it's by far the most emotional, draining and one that has the clearest message in the consequences of war . The books definitely rushed a lot of it, but done correctly, I think it could be amazing and the most memorable.
