B had a 6 week run at #1 with Check On It plus Deja Vu peaked at #4, #1 for two weeks on R&B chart plus #1 in UK & Japan. She's far from a flop.

Deja Vu is not a flop... but it's not big hit either...

And please don't feel proud about the #1 in the UK... There were only 3K gap between #1 and #2 and #2 has been on the charts for over 12 weeks... She did pick the right week to release the Single...

But Honestly, she needs a stronger single if she wants to sell well... DV is not gonna give her strong sales (for B'Day)

DV is a hit; it peaked at #7 on Billboards charts hot airplay and #4 on the hot 100. It might be seen as a disappointment compared to her other hits, but peaking in the top 10 makes the song a hit in various charts makes it a hit.

I did not say it was not a hit...

I said it was not a BIG hit like COI, Bad Day, Temperature, HDL or Promiscuous... (and I guess you can add SexyBack)
