The N-Dubz singer and X Factor judge appeared on Radio 1's Chris Moyles Show on Wednesday morning.
She said of her craving: "Is it weird I like baby food, the fruit salad stuff?
"I really used to like the stuff Milupa made but I don't think they sell it anymore.
"Now and again I get a craving for it. Mix milk in and it's like flavoured Ready Brek."
Moyles simply retorted: "You are weird."
Contostavlos also spoke about her recent sex scandal in the interview, telling listeners that her PA will monitor her relationships in future.
The 23-year-old has taken legal action against MC Ultra, whom she accuses of leaking the tape.

I don't think that it's weird. I've been on the baby food diet before, and it works. And I still occasionally eat a jar.
