Well, not guaranteed unless they give it some time to climb the radio charts first. They need to release this in the next week or two to get a solid month of radio charting in if she's going to perform it on the finale. With streaming accounting for so much of the Hot 100 formula these days, she needs every little bit she can. If Justin Bieber can't snatch #1 after selling 520k and having a very healthy radio AI, it's going to be harder to get these Top 10's. The sales boost will only take her so far..even with a month of radio updates Dark Side might only be at 30-40 million AI. It depends how fast radio jumps on board. It should start out great though coming off the success of Stronger.

OK, almost guaranteed. But I'm still sure Dark Side will make it to Top10 eventually. Maybe not immediately after the AI performance but one day it definitely will. I think people will buy it because it's a Kelly's song and also because of WDKY and MKIA. Those two were successful, people will be interested in Kelly's new single.

There is and there will be always competition on the music chart. Rihanna has lost a lot momentum, her album is falling out of the top 20 this week while Kelly goes into the top 10. I doubt Rihanna will have another hit with her album.
