Using Who Says, Naturally, Hit The Lights or any of those songs would be terrible imo. Especially Who Says and Naturally.
They just wouldn't work. She needs something that'll go well with advertising a perfume. I'd say either pick something like WOTN, not because it's my fave song on the album because it sounds like a song that would fit on an advert for a perfume. Either put something like that on it or record a new song for it.

It'll most likely have one of her songs. Taylor and Madonna's perfumes had one of their songs. Or she can go the Britney route and just have like a little storyline which I doubt she'll do.

Judging by the pictures there is no storyline.
But that idea would definitely work! The guy could be looking for the girl (Selena) after smelling her.
The scent puts a spell on him. Then if the name of the perfume was really Mesmerize would be go together perfectly.

In my opinion, Naturally would work really well for a perfume name and song.
