True! This should have been expected by all of us. I'm alright with it, especially as I see the wider picture, but obviously a lot of people aren't.

I now actually wish Roman Reloaded ditched all the urban tracks (except Roman Holiday), because then she wouldn't have wasted promo time on appealing to an audience that wasn't feeling it. She could have released those tracks separately at a later date.

Well to cure my disappointment over the sales, I'm getting into the 2nd half of the album right now and just twerking. I'm loving the "Beautiful Sinner" verses. Can't believe I never paid much attention to this track before. A lot of these tracks are pulling me in. Damn Onika and her dark magicks!

I do love the album it's very good but I wish there was more hardcore verses from Nicki on HER OWN like she did on Hov Lane which is my favourite from the album. To be honest there is too much dance/pop tracks on the album. Marilyn Monroe, Sex In The Lounge, Young Forever, Gun Shot, Automatic and Beautiful Sinner shouldn't have made the album.

Focus on pop so she can sell less albums???? Don't act like they're any better when it comes to buying albums.

Also why did she name it Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded it make this album sound like a reissue. Also listening to the album Roman hardly features on the songs on the album.

I can't believe everyone just blames the sales on the pop tracks, do people really believe that?

Let's not forget she hadn't urban hits.Stupid Hoe and Roman Reloaded (promo singles), did pretty bad.

Right now, her pop music is far more successful than her urban music. Starships is the 5th biggest song in the world, and Nicki's most successful song ever. Turn Me On is her 2nd most successful, then Super Bass.

I say she should have just focused on a pure-pop album for 2012, then come back to her urban fans with an urban-only album in 2013.

These first week sales are worse than I could have ever imagined, I am so upset about this. First the Metacritic scores, now 200****ING000!!! That's HALF of Pink Friday, 1/3 of Take Care, and 1/10 of TCIV.

I can't believe urban abandoned her so completely. I can't believe more pop fans didn't buy the album. I can't believe she has almost 11 million Twitter followers and ONLY 2% OF THEM BOUGHT THE ALBUM!

Obviously pop songs are doing better than rap/r&b songs, but if we wanna really look at the wider picture, Prominent hip-hop artists are selling better than pop artists (unless ur Lady Gaga or Adele). Drake did over 600k first week, Wayne almost did a Million, Nicki's first album did 375k before she had any big pop top 10 hit or anything.

If the "urban" songs she released were better, she wouldn't have lost so many fans that quick. Stupid Hoe shouldn't have been released everyone hated it except for a few who like to bop to it on a nice day. If ur gonna go half-n-half, go BIG for both. Don't release a ****** rap song than release a decent pop song, vise/versa. Releasing a song like "I Am Your Leader," "Hov Lane," "Champion," and even "Beez in da trap" first would of done better and she would of mantained the fan base who were with her before she was even mainstream. She gave them the wrong impression.
