don't understand all the hate for the pop songs. yes, they are all a bit similar, but they work and they will do great things on radio... urban tracks >>>> everything, but still its not like the second half of the album is horrible, it just stems into guilty pleasure, exists for dancing purposes, pop music. It's totally listenable if not occasionally very captivating. the public is gonna eat this up

And no, I don't agree with the reviews. Neither half of the album is that great nor has the longevity to retain interest all year imo.

Roman Reloaded is an amazing album, but saying such things don't make really sense, and it's also not really "daring". Pink Friday (Superbass) proved that overseas most people are here for Pop Nicki, so she was just smart and got for a part full force into it on the album, it's just a way to play your cards right and just do for a big part what the public wants, she would have been really daring if she would go fully into urban and more alternative stuff, since most music these days is just electro, dance and pop music.

That doesn't take away the fact that I love the album, but I can also be realistic.
