OMG. One of my favorite musicians of all time. Her memory will definently be missed. If she was still alive, we wouldn't have to deal with the Cassie's or Ciara's (Sorry B.R.I.A.N.) and other chicks who aren't special in their own way like Aaliyah was.
R.I.P. Aaliyah... I discovered her music long after she had died, and I fell in love with it. Such a shame she had to be taken away from us at such a young age

Honestly, I don't care about Aaliyah's music nearly as much as the people who have replied to this thread, but by all accounts, Aaliyah the person was truly special. At the very least, she was taken away from us far too soon.
