I think MTV realized that the 2005 VMAs was a hot mess. Same as Teen Choice Awards, I'm only watching the performances. With Justin, Christina, and Beyonce performing it can't be nearly as boring as last year. Haha, I wonder if the music drops and T.I. have to perform acappella again.

They should add Pink. She could really use the promotion and it would be a great time to debut her third single.

WTF is bollywood? Knowing Shakira, this performance will be the exact same thing we've already seen. Maybe it'll have minor changes...like the song it changed a little bit. She never takes risks with her performances.

lol yeah...knowing her she will do the same thing...she doesn't have time to make a new choreography thing...(she is on tour right now) and only have the day before the VMAs and she had some days before...like from the 22 to the 25 of August so who knows....
BUT from the new articles about the bollywood performance there will be new stuff in this performance...check it out.
----------------
From Shah Rukh Khan to Shakira, from Broadway to New York's Radio City Music Hall, Farah Khan is certainly the current queen of choreography.
The director-choreographer is in the Big Apple right now to introduce Shakira to some new moves for the MTV Music Awards.
But before she left, Farah gave NDTV a sneak preview of what the act could shape up to.
"Actually, we haven't registered that we are actually going to make Shakira dance. She is really good at her pelvic moves and hip movement, so a lot of emphasis on that. But we are making it really funny and a little raunchy like a Bollywood song. I think it will be funny and sexy at the same time," revealed Farah.
A mega event, a worldwide audience and the hottest performer on the block. Shakira is not short of moves herself, so what exactly can Farah teach her?
"Our endeavour will be to take something new and unique. Some moves which they don't do over there and some sense of humour in the song, which will add a little spark to the song," said the choreographer.
Right moves
Interestingly for such a big project, Farah is travelling light and taking only one assistant with her. But she's sure between the two of them, they are more than upto the task!
"She is the best dancer on the planet. So it's not going to be a hardship to tell her what to do. In fact, we are nervous that she may be telling us what to do. But I have my associate Geeta who is India's answer to Shakira who I am taking along to demonstrate the moves," said Farah.
So if Shakira needs something new, it's just as well as Farah Khan is there to say main hoon na!
